At Bear Mattress, we want you to sleep soundly knowing we offer a risk-free 120-night trial on all our mattresses. If you aren't completely satisfied with your sleep experience, we provide a hassle-free return process and full refunds within the trial period.

Return Process

  The Break-In Period

  We ask that you sleep on your new Bear Mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the new support system and for the materials to fully settle.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  If you still feel it's not the right fit after 30 nights, contact our support team via email or chat with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

• 3.
  Schedule a Removal

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you, so you don't have to worry about shipping it back.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive confirmation that the mattress has been picked up or donated, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
