We offer a 120-night risk-free trial. We recommend sleeping on your new Bear Mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system.
What is the shipping cost and delivery time?
We offer free shipping on all mattress orders within the contiguous United States. Once processed, your mattress typically arrives at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame?
Bear Mattresses are designed to work on any firm, flat surface. This includes box springs, platform beds, slatted bases (with slats no more than 4 inches apart), and adjustable bases.
How does the return process work?
If you are not satisfied within your 120-night trial, contact our support team. We will arrange for a local charity or recycling center to pick up the mattress and issue you a full refund.
